Alliance Tumbling & Cheer is open in the Exton Square Mall and looking to build a team of enthusiastic and positive coaches.

 

If you have tumbling, cheerleading, dance, or gymnastics experience, lots of energy, a positive/empowering attitude, and are constantly looking to grow, you may be the coach we are looking for!

 

Alliance Tumbling & Cheer is seeking part-time instructors who can work as little as 2 days a week or up to 6 days a week. Please fill out the following application and email your CV and Resume to alliancetumbling@gmail.com.

The following positions are open for hire:

Senior Tumbling Coach

Junior Tumbling Coach

Your Role:

 

  • Facilitate a safe, fun, and productive environment. 

  • Empower our athletes to go after their goals.

  • Lead classes, clinics, camps, and lessons based on need

  • Private lesson opportunities

  • Promote kindness and responsibility

  • Maintain vigilance while conducting classes/lessons in order to maintain constant control of the group and emphasize safety at all times

  • Mentor and lead Junior Coaches

  • Assist in facility cleanliness and maintenance

  • Assist in office operations such as front desk duties, client care, and distributing marketing materials

  • The job requires standing for long periods of time, as well as stooping, squatting, jumping, stunting, spotting, running, and various other physical and mental abilities

  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Tumbling, cheerleading, gymnastics, or dance experience

  • The ability to teach, spot, and coach

  • Able to lift at least 100 pounds and stand for long periods of time

  • Exceptional verbal skills and ability to positively represent Alliance

  • Outgoing and personable, able to motivate & inspire large groups

  • Must be a team player and role model

  • Must be able to instruct and demonstrate proper basic tumbling techniques

  • Must be able to work in an environment with heightened noise

  • Superior customer service skills; able to work with both children & adults

  • Ability to be creative in finding the best possible teaching methods

  • Must submit a PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and FBI Criminal Background Check

  • A physical completed within the last 6 months

  • Must be dependable and have reliable transportation

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent

Your Role:

  • Must be willing to learn how to instruct and demonstrate proper basic tumbling techniques

  • Must be able to work in an environment with heightened noise

Summer Camp Coach

Your Role:

  • Facilitate and supervise a safe, fun, and productive environment for campers

  • Empower our campers to go after their goals

  • Embody Alliance's mission and core values

  • Participate in all camp activities (e.g. games, pool time, nature walks, crafts, etc.)

  • Assist in summer camps, classes, and lessons based on need

  • Promote kindness and responsibility

  • Maintain vigilance while conducting all services in order to maintain constant control of the group and emphasize safety at all times

  • Assist in facility cleanliness and maintenance

  • Assist in office operations such as front desk duties, client care, and distributing marketing materials

  • The job requires standing for long periods of time, as well as stooping, squatting, jumping, stunting, spotting, running, and various other physical and mental abilities

  • Other duties as assigned
